Our pristine all-natural environment
Nestled in the lush volcanic foothills of Mt Macedon in South Eastern Australia, we’re committed to supplying the most tender, tasty and healthy grass - fed black Angus beef possible by using only the finest of natural ingredients – fresh grass, sunshine and pure mountain water – the way nature intended.
Our cattle are rotated onto fresh quality pastures every 2-3 days to ensure they graze on clean and well rested pastures. They are also supplied with ad-lib access to all natural supplements such as organic seaweed meal, gourmet salt flakes and cod liver oil, and all-natural beer mash supplied by our local international award winning micro-brewery.
Beer mash is very low in starches and carbohydrates, high in complex proteins and digestible fibre, and the cattle come galloping across the paddocks to greet us when they see our Landrover approaching !

Unlike grain fed beef and lamb where the livestock are fed grains, antibiotics and often hormones in feedlots and sheds for a minimum of 60 - 120 days, our premium grass fed livestock produce superior beef, lamb and pork, and naturally rich in flavour, tenderness and juicy marbling.
Pure grass fed beef and lamb is also of higher quality, being naturally low in cholesterol and trans fats, and high in natural vitamins, minerals and healthy fats that have been shown to reduce the risk of numerous health problems including cancer, obesity and diabetes.

All the grass fed Black Angus cattle, lamb & free range pork we use are personally sourced from our property and other prime livestock farming areas of South East Australia where the high rainfall, mild climates and lush pastures provide the perfect environment for producing our superior grass fed beef, lamb and pork.
Their stress free grazing lifestyle, superior genetics, and feeding on natural quality pastures makes all the difference, and allows us to consistently supply only exceptional beef, lamb and pork of magnificent taste, marbling, nutrition and tenderness.
